Why Do We Need These
Mandatory Documents
- We require a photo of your item next to something showing todays' date, so we can verify you're in possession of the item.
- A receipt of purchase confirms what you paid for the item and the description gives us the information to protect your jewellery at the correct value.
Additional Documents (Optional but Helpful)
- The gemstone certificate tells us technical information on the quality of the stone and its unique characteristics
- The valuation/appraisal certificate gives us a professional and detailed description of your items
- In the case of luxury watches, your Warranty Card is the guarantee of the watch's authenticity.
